About SEOC

SpecialEatsOC was founded by Anais Tangie, a passionate entrepreneur & food lover whose mission in life is to heal & nourish with food.

She was inspired by a Macrobiotic Chef who specialized in medicinal cooking & her brother-in-law, who is a personal trainer & physical therapist. After years of unhealthy eating, she decided to gradually transform her lifestyle, & has been cooking nutrient dense foods ever since.

By using a common sense approach, & a lot of trail & error, she found a way to make healthy eating taste good. Now, she wants to share the Nutritious+Delicious lifestyle with her prepared meals, catered events, & shared tips & resources.

    Hi Anais,
It was a pleasure meeting with you last weekend and I can’t believe it’s already Friday! I would like to set up a time for you to come by my store next week to taste some of our food and discuss the possibility of us exhibiting at your Farmers Market. Let me know what works and my cell is 949-375-0308. Thanks!

Didn’t get a chance to try the carrot pudding…looks good …printed the recipe to try …my late Mom loved carrots and ate them almost every day …I used to get her carrot jam at a local market and send it to her in Illinois
